Senior Compliance Executive

Summary

Carmen Dobry, M.S., CHC
I'm an accomplished Senior Health Care Executive. I'm especially strong in Compliance and have complementary skills in operations, finance, team building, strategic planning, product development and more. My eclectic background has enabled me to keep my employers in compliance with the volatile changes in the health care regulatory environment without losing sight of quality, patient satisfaction and profitability.

My experience is diverse with senior management accomplishments in health plans, hospitals, medical groups, skilled nursing facilities, independent physician organizations, management service organizations and consultancies. I also give back to the community by volunteering my time to mentor students and alumni at California State University, San Bernardino in providing presentations on various topics to help with their career outlook.

I have a solid background in analyzing existing operations and implementing the necessary strategies and formal business practices to improve profit performance. When I fix a problem it stays fixed thanks, in large measure, to my excellence in creating cultures of proactive compliance and corporate responsibility.

My strong educational foundation includes a Master of Science in Health Services Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with a minor in Psychology, both of which I earned at California State University, San Bernardino.

Staying current in my field is a must and to that end, I have completed many additional courses and earned Certificates in: Human Resources/Personnel Management - University of California, Riverside Extension; Nonprofit Organization Management - University of California, Riverside Extension; Grant Development and Management - California State University, San Bernardino; Healthcare Compliance – Compliance Certification Board.
